RBA stands for Renovation of Business Assets. Since 2016 we've helped companies modernize what they already have — legacy systems, manual processes, siloed data — into software that compounds. Along the way we started building products of our own.
We are headquartered with delivery leadership in the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas and run our engineering studio from Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It's not a satellite relationship — architects, delivery leads and senior engineers work across both locations, and every engagement gets a real point of contact in US business hours.
The nine-hour offset is a feature, not friction: work handed off at the end of a Texas day is often complete by the next morning.
Delivery leadership, architecture, client engagement — Dallas–Fort Worth
Core engineering studio — full-stack, mobile, data, DevOps
RBA Systems opens as an offshore software development partner: architecture consulting, web and mobile delivery, cloud migrations for growing businesses.
Grow into cloud engineering (AWS, Azure, Google App Engine), infrastructure and hosting support, and long-running staff-augmentation engagements across banking, hospitality, insurance and commerce clients.
Built to solve our own delivery problem — shipping risky changes without a redeploy — Flipgate becomes our first in-house product: feature flags with list, percentage, attribute and A/B targeting.
A self-hosted data privacy control plane, born from client work moving sensitive data safely between systems. One detection engine, purpose-bound movement, signed receipts of what was removed and why.
An AI-assisted integration fabric for APIs, events and files — governance, lifecycle and a developer portal, with GenAI baked into generation and review, not bolted on.
Every product we sell was proven on a real client problem first. We don't build in a vacuum — Flipgate, Veil and OmniMesh all shipped as internal tools before becoming products.
We use AI to move faster — generating specs, drafting governance rules, benchmarking models — but a senior engineer reviews and owns every decision that reaches production.
No account-manager-to-anonymous-developer relationship. The architect who scopes your project is reachable throughout it.
